Eligibility

The Creator Portal is intended for content creators, influencers, and talent who wish to participate in brand campaigns. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your profile, contact details, and payment information up to date
• Complying with these Terms and all applicable laws and platform policies

Campaign Applications

Applying to a campaign does not guarantee selection. We and the brands reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. By applying, you agree to the campaign brief, deliverables, and timelines as communicated. False or misleading information in applications may result in rejection or termination of your account.

Deliverables & Deadlines

Approved creators must deliver content in accordance with the campaign brief and within the agreed deadlines. Failure to deliver on time or to the required standard may affect payment, future opportunities, and your standing on the platform. Extensions or changes must be agreed in writing with the brand or Bukhash Brothers.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms (e.g. net 30 days after completion) are specified per campaign or in your rate card. You are responsible for providing correct bank or payment details and for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. We may deduct amounts as required by law or as agreed. Disputes regarding payment must be raised within a reasonable time and in writing.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create unless otherwise agreed in the campaign agreement. By submitting content for a campaign, you grant the rights set out in the brief and in the Usage Rights section below. You must not use brand assets, logos, or materials beyond the scope of the campaign without permission.

Usage Rights

Campaign-specific usage rights (e.g. organic posting only, paid boosting, duration, territory) are defined in each campaign brief and/or agreement. By accepting a campaign and delivering content, you grant the brand and Bukhash Brothers the rights specified therein. Any use beyond those rights requires separate agreement.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Engage in conduct that could damage the reputation of brands, Bukhash Brothers, or other users

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if you breach these Terms, for operational or legal reasons, or at our discretion. You may close your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bukhash Brothers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or any campaign. Our total liability in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount paid to you by us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or such other limit as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (or the jurisdiction specified in your agreement), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
